Job Description

  • Should be responsible to manage the recruitment and selection process.
  • Should be able to developing and implementing HR strategies .
  • Will responsible for development of HR department.
  • Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
  • Shall coordinate all HR training programs and assign the authority and responsibility of Human Resources and managers.
  • Would be able to report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
  • Proven working experience as HR manager or similar role Knowledge of HR systems and HR practices.
  • Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Must be people oriented.
