- Should be responsible to manage the recruitment and selection process.
- Should be able to developing and implementing HR strategies .
- Will responsible for development of HR department.
- Participate in executive, management, and company staff meetings and attends other meetings and seminars.
- Shall coordinate all HR training programs and assign the authority and responsibility of Human Resources and managers.
- Would be able to report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics.
- Proven working experience as HR manager or similar role Knowledge of HR systems and HR practices.
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills.
- Must be people oriented.
