Would be able to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
Shall create job descriptions.
Source and recruit candidates by using various methods (databases, portals etc.).
Should be able to do end to end recruitment.
Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
Meeting deadlines on specific recruitment project/ Client deadline, as per TAT.
Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role.
Knowledge of recruitment cycle.
Excellent oral and written communication.
Relationship building skills Multitasking and time management skills.
Familiar with HR databases, ATS, CMS.
