Job Description

  • Would be able to design and implement the overall recruiting strategy.
  • Shall create job descriptions.
  • Source and recruit candidates by using various methods (databases, portals etc.).
  • Should be able to do end to end recruitment.
  • Monitor and apply HR recruiting best practices.
  • Salary Negotiation.
  • Meeting deadlines on specific recruitment project/ Client deadline, as per TAT.
  • Proven work experience as a recruiter or similar role.
  • Knowledge of recruitment cycle.
  • Excellent oral and written communication.
  • Relationship building skills Multitasking and time management skills.
  • Familiar with HR databases, ATS, CMS.
