Job Description

  • Should be responsible to develop a strategy focusing on financial gain and customer satisfaction.
  • Shall build long-term trusting relationships with clients.
  • Able to arrange the meetings with the client for business requirements.
  • Keep records of sales, revenues etc.
  • Promote the company’s product.
  • Gathering leads from marketing campaigns as sales opportunities.
  • Should be able to Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
  • Shall proactively seek new business opportunities in the market.
  • Stay up-to-date with new products/services and new pricing/payment plans.
  • Proven working experience as a business development manager.
  • Experience with CRM software.
  • Familiarity with MS Excel (analyzing spreadsheets and charts).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
