  • Would be able to handle a variety of personnel related administrative duties.
  • Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping HR information confidential.
  • Ensure to maintain quality service by following organization standard.
  • Would be able to handle complaints and grievances procedures.
  • Will responsible to coordinate with the candidates and schedule interviews.
  • Compile and update employee records.
  • Proven experience as an HR assistant or similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic knowledge of labour laws.
  • Familiar with ATS and resumes databases.
