Job Description

  • Should be able to handle end to end recruitment process.
  • Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements, job portals, professional networks.
  • Will design and implement employee referral programs.
  • Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants, analyzing responses, verifying references, comparing qualifications to job requirements.
  • Will responsible to provide interview feedback as and when needed.
  • Proven work experience as a internal recruiter or similar role.
  • Familiar with ATS and job portals.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of full recruitment cycle.
